1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and p5555. club ("p5555", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://p5555.club.

3 Account Registration & Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) p5555 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, valid CNIC number, date of birth, residential address, and a working contact email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.

p5555 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

• Registration is free of charge. p5555 will never charge a fee to create an account.
• You must not register using a fictitious identity, the identity of another person, or any automated registration mechanism.
• p5555 may, at any time, require additional documentation to verify the information provided at registration.

4 KYC Verification

p5555 operates under a Know Your Customer ("KYC") framework consistent with international anti-money laundering ("AML") standards. All users are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed and, in certain circumstances, before deposit limits are raised.

KYC verification at p5555 requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of both sides of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).
• Selfie Verification: A live selfie photograph holding your CNIC, taken within the p5555 verification interface or submitted via the support team.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, IP address, and device.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and game plays made on p5555 are subject to the specific rules of the product in question — sports betting rules, casino game rules, slot game rules, and fishing game rules — as published within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm acceptance of those product-specific rules.

• Sports Betting: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued, the odds are fixed. p5555 reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds caused by technical error or human input error.

8 Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p5555 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Use p5555 branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner without authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p5555 shall not be liable for:

12 Account Suspension & Termination

p5555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where p5555 reasonably believes that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes.
• The user has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• The user's activity poses a risk to the integrity of the p5555 platform or other users.
• Continued operation of the account would expose p5555 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, p5555 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

You may close your p5555 account at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
